Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery (Orders £50 and up): FREE

Standard Delivery (Orders below £50): £2.95

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery: £5.85

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch



Delivery Delays Outside Our Control

While we make every effort to ensure orders are dispatched promptly and delivered within the estimated timeframe, DanaVi Aurum cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, postal networks, or events beyond our reasonable control (including peak periods or strikes). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely.
DanaVi Aurum is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned due to missed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, or your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update:

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return your order, please email info@danaviaurum.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

 If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, we will issue a refund for the items only once the parcel is received back. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
