Shipping Policy – DanaVi Aurum

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery (Orders £40 and up): FREE

Standard Delivery (Orders below £40): £2.78

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery: £5.85

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch


Europe

Tracked Delivery: £9.99 – £14.50 (based on parcel size and destination)

FREE Europe Delivery on orders over £110

Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch


Important Information

Customs Duties, Import VAT & Local Fees

Please note that all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (including EU countries) are sent DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means customs duties, import VAT, and any local clearance or handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown at checkout.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and/or the courier and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict, reduce, or control these charges. Parcels may be held by customs until all applicable fees are paid.

International Order Confirmation (Orders Outside the UK)

For all orders placed outside the United Kingdom, we will contact the customer by email after the order is placed to request written confirmation that they understand and accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties, import VAT, and carrier handling fees once the parcel arrives in their country.
Customers have 5 calendar days from the date of our email to confirm they are happy to proceed under these terms.
Orders will only be dispatched once this confirmation has been received.
If confirmation is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Charges

If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to non-payment, we will refund the product price only.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any return shipping charges, carrier administrative fees, customs processing fees, or additional surcharges incurred as a result of refusal or non-payment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will only be processed once the parcel has been successfully returned to and received by us.

If a parcel is refused and is not successfully returned to us due to customs destruction, abandonment, or carrier action resulting from unpaid duties or refusal by the recipient, the order will not be eligible for refund

DanaVi Aurum is not responsible for parcels that are destroyed, abandoned, or lost during the return process due to unpaid customs duties or refusal by the recipient.

Free Delivery (International Orders)

Orders that qualify for free delivery are provided as a promotional offer. The actual shipping cost is still incurred by DanaVi Aurum.
If an international order with free delivery is refused, returned due to unpaid customs fees, or undeliverable for any reason outside our control, the actual outbound shipping cost, return shipping charges, and any carrier or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Free delivery does not exempt international orders from customs duties, import VAT, or local handling fees.
By placing an international order with DanaVi Aurum, you acknowledge and agree that import taxes, customs charges, and courier handling fees may apply in accordance with your country’s laws and regulations.

Delivery Delays Outside Our Control

While we make every effort to ensure orders are dispatched promptly and delivered within the estimated timeframe, DanaVi Aurum cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, postal networks, or events beyond our reasonable control (including peak periods, strikes, or customs inspections). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely.
DanaVi Aurum is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Missed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned due to missed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, or your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update:

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return your order, please email info@danaviaurum.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

 If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, we will issue a refund for the items only once the parcel is received back. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
