Return & Refund Policy

At DanaVi Aurum, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions.


Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

To request a return, please contact us at info@danaviaurum.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

We only cover return shipping for items that are proven faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. Email info@danaviaurum.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Wait for our authorisation before returning the item — we will provide a prepaid label only after a fault has been verified.

If you are returning due to change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If returned items arrive used, damaged, or not in original packaging, we may reduce the refund.

 If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, we will issue a refund for the items only once the parcel is received back. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.


Warranty

All DanaVi Aurum jewellery comes with a 90 days warranty covering manufacturing faults.
If your item develops a genuine fault within this time, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note:

This warranty only applies to manufacturing defects (for example: clasp not working, plating peeling off due to production error).

It does not cover:

General wear and tear (scratches, fading, plating wearing off over time)

Accidental damage (dropped, bent, snapped chains, lost stones)

Improper care, cleaning with chemicals, water damage, or exposure to perfume, lotions, or sweat

Lost items

To make a warranty claim, you’ll need to provide:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the fault

Proof that the issue occurred under normal wear

We reserve the right to assess whether the damage falls under the warranty before approving a replacement.
